Tim's cars series

Tim's cars series

In the vibrant world of fashion, every garment tells a story, and every collection holds a deeper meaning than simply following trends. We are proud to present a unique series that unites fashion and art through the creative vision of photographer Yamel Santana Valdés-Hernández finding beauty in the everyday: the Tim's Cars series.
The connection between art and play became tangible after discovering a new path in Toy Art, and when he began to share a passion with his son Tim for Hot Wheels cars. On an island like Cuba, where creativity flourishes despite limitations, his career as a photographer allowed him to acquire and maintain a considerable collection of these fascinating miniature cars. Today, he has approximately 100 examples, scattered between Cuba and Europe, each with its own narrative.
With each photograph, toy cars are elevated from simple objects to works of art. The images I captured not only explore color and shape, but also address historical and cultural themes, in a delicate balance between playfulness and depth. In his deepest conception, he understood that the objects around us can contain complex stories, allowing us to see beyond their superficial appearance.
Thus, in this series, play becomes a celebration of life, where Tim's cars are more than toys; they are a way to reconnect with my inner child, to relive moments of pure joy while exploring the artistic potential hidden in each one of them. Fashion and art intertwine fluidly, offering a rich and moving narrative where each garment in our online store also tells a story to celebrate.
In our next collection, we invite our customers to join this journey, proving that, in the world of fashion, there is always room for creativity, memory and play. Tim’s cars are a symbol of how art can transcend and enrich our everyday lives, and we hope this collection inspires others to see the beauty in the simple and everyday. Welcome to a celebration of fashion and art!
